Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder policy and must be completed with counsel before launch. It should cover, at minimum: what data you collect (account email, the listing details a seller types in, listing-fee payment data handled by Stripe, and usage analytics), how you use it, your sub-processors (e.g. your database, payment, email, and AI providers), international transfers, retention, and user rights under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA.

We do not collect or store documents. Macro Exits has no file upload. Profit-and-loss statements, exports, contracts and any other records are exchanged directly between buyer and seller, off the platform — they never reach our servers.

The listing details a seller enters may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate the advisory red-flag analysis shown on the listing. Describe that processing and its legal basis here.
